What types of remodeling projects do you handle?+
We focus on residential remodeling — kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, windows, doors, siding, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, carports, patio covers, and general home repairs.
Do you provide free estimates?+
Yes. Initial project consultations are free.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Hartshorne and serve homeowners throughout Southeast Oklahoma — McAlester, Krebs, Haileyville, Wilburton, Quinton and surrounding communities.
Will you travel outside Southeast Oklahoma?+
For larger remodeling projects, yes. Travel availability depends on the project size, scope and scheduling. Send us the details and we'll tell you straight.
Do you handle complete kitchen and bathroom remodels?+
Yes — from demo through final walkthrough.
Can I upload photos of my project?+
Yes. Our estimate request lets you attach existing-condition photos, inspiration images, sketches or plans.
How long does a remodeling project take?+
It depends on scope. A single bathroom might run 2–4 weeks. A whole-home remodel can run several months. We give you a written timeline with your estimate.
How does the estimate process work?+
You send us the project details, we come out and look, then you get a written estimate with a scope of work, price and payment schedule.
Do you require a deposit?+
Most projects require a deposit to schedule and order materials. The exact amount is spelled out in your estimate.
Can I pay an invoice online?+
Yes — invoices include a secure online payment link. You can also pay by check, cash or bank transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards through a secure online pay link on your invoice, plus check, cash and bank transfer.
Can I view my invoices and receipts online?+
Yes. We email each estimate and invoice as a PDF with a secure link — no account or login required.
Do you complete commercial projects?+
We focus on residential remodeling and don't take on large commercial builds.
Do you offer concrete, HVAC or landscaping services?+
No. Those are outside our scope. We may complete limited plumbing work as part of a larger remodel when appropriate.
Will I receive a written estimate?+
Always. Every project starts with a written scope, price and timeline.
How are change orders handled?+
If the scope changes mid-project we document it in writing — description, cost and schedule impact — before the work happens.
